What's actually included, and what isn't.
Every plan is a fixed, one-time project cost plus GST — not a recurring subscription. Ongoing work like SEO, social media management or chatbot retraining is quoted separately once you know you want it.
Included in every plan
Design, build, on-page SEO basics, mobile responsiveness and a defined post-launch support window are part of every plan, Starter through Enterprise.
Priced separately
Domain registration, hosting fees, and ongoing services like monthly SEO, social media management or chatbot retraining are quoted based on scope.
No surprise line items
Your proposal lists every deliverable before you sign — if it's not on the proposal, it's not billed without your sign-off first.
Pricing questions
Is the price shown the total cost?
The listed price is the one-time project cost before 18% GST. The total including GST is shown under each plan, and there are no hidden retainers added afterward.
What happens after the support period ends?
You can continue on an ongoing maintenance, SEO or social media plan billed monthly, or simply keep the finished site or app as-is — you own the code and domain either way.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Growth later?
Yes. Most clients start with Starter and add catalog, chatbot or social features later, paying only the difference in scope rather than a new project fee.
Do you offer monthly payment plans?
Projects are typically billed in two milestones — on kickoff and on launch. Ask about a custom schedule for Enterprise-scale builds on your discovery call.
Is hosting included in the price?
Hosting and domain registration are guided and set up on your behalf but billed separately to the hosting provider, so you keep direct ownership of the account.
Not sure which plan fits?
Tell us what you're trying to fix — enquiries, rankings, response time — and we'll recommend a plan honestly, even if that means Starter.
What changes the cost of a digital project?
Project cost depends on scope rather than a single keyword such as “website” or “app.” The number of templates or screens, content volume, integrations, custom functionality, migration work, analytics requirements and ongoing support can all change the effort involved.
What to bring to a quote discussion
A useful starting brief can include the current website or product, the pages or features you need, target customers, required integrations, preferred launch timing and the business action you want the visitor or user to take. This makes it easier to separate essential scope from later enhancements.
Build in stages when the scope is large
For larger projects, a phased plan can make the work easier to manage. The initial stage can establish the core architecture and highest-value journeys, followed by additional functionality once the team has real usage data. The appropriate approach depends on the project and should be agreed before development begins.
