- Contact form submissions — name, company, email, phone, and project details you choose to enter. This is sent directly to our inbox via a form-processing service and, depending on your device, may also open your email client with the details pre-filled.
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site: pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), device type, and referral source. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
- Cookies — Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes or proposals, and — only with your consent, given via the checkbox on our contact form — to follow up by email or phone. We use analytics data in aggregate to improve site content and performance. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
4. Third parties we use
Our contact form is processed by a third-party form-delivery service that forwards submissions to our email. Our analytics are processed by Google. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on our behalf.
5. Data retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 7).
