Yes — we start with an audit of the existing codebase, plugins and hosting setup, then bring it onto a maintenance plan from there.
What's included versus billed separately?
Routine updates, security patching, backups, monitoring and minor bug fixes are included in the plan. Larger feature additions or redesigns are scoped and quoted separately.
How quickly do you respond if the site goes down?
Uptime monitoring alerts us as soon as downtime is detected, and critical issues are prioritized ahead of routine maintenance tasks.
Can we cancel the maintenance plan if we don't need it anymore?
Yes, plans aren't locked into long contracts — you keep full ownership of the site and hosting regardless of whether you continue the maintenance plan.
